Returns Policy
We provide options for exchange, replacement, or refund depending on the product type and condition. Certain products may have special return rules mentioned on their product page, which override the general policy below.
Part 1 – Category, Return Window, and Available Actions
All Products:

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date.

If you face an issue within the Returns Window, we first assist through phone support, email assistance, or a quality verification process.

If confirmed defective or damaged, we will replace the item at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Categories:
Products that are opened, used, damaged, or past the return period cannot be returned. Items must be returned with original packaging, all accessories, and intact seals.
Categories Ineligible for Returns:

Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Opened skincare/haircare products, used personal care items, or products without original packaging/seals.

Products Without Damage: If the product has no manufacturing defect but is returned due to personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or appearance.
Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Address changes for return pick-up are possible only if service is available in your new location.

Complete Product: All freebies, combos, and accessories must be included.

Unused Condition: No signs of use, damage, or tampered packaging.

Undamaged Packaging: Original box or seal intact.

Refunds for Returns

Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned product.

If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds are issued to your bank account.

Damaged, missing, or wrong product issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
