Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Bolvia, customer satisfaction is our priority. We follow a transparent and fair return, refund, and cancellation policy in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in India.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Products with tampered seals
Personal care, skincare, haircare, and supplement products once opened (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@bolvia.in
with your Order ID.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
Upon verification, we will offer:
Replacement or
Full refund (as applicable)
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping will be borne by Bolvia.
For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
