1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

You’ve received the wrong item or a product that’s expired or leaking.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for used products or items without original packaging unless they are damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:

Email us at bolvia.nilsan@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, product name, and a clear photo of the issue.

Wait for our support team to review and approve your return request.

Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (we’ll share this in the approval email).
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the returned product does not meet the return criteria, we may not issue a refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Bolvia error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
